What is Chinese Qigong?
Is an ancient art of balancing and strengthening one's life force. It is the study of the energy of the whole universe, which includes physics chemistry, psychology, biology, electricity and medicine. This ancient discipline combines mental concentration, breathing technique and body movements to activate and cultivate our "vital energy" as it flows through the invisible channels of the body.
Qigong deals with the cause of sickness, giving the body a perfect healing, and heal the body physically, spiritually, and mentally. Qigong teaches you to use your mind, body, and spirit together to unblock energy and balance Yin and Yang energy in the body.
Qigong exercises and meditations improve health because of three effects on the qi, the life energy. Qigong:
- Cleanses the qi of impurities, pathogens, and toxins
- Gathers the qi, creating a reservoir of healing vitality in body
- Circulates the qi, opening places of stagnation and blockage. As qi moves, the energy becomes clearer and healthier, and is distributed to areas of disease or distress.
Qigong for the Eyes helps improve circulation in our eyes, helping to eliminate blockages that keep the eye from receiving vital energy from our central nervous system. It can help the body to help myopia, blurry eyes, dry eyes, tired eyes, floaters, and many other conditions. As an added bonus, Qigong for the Eyes can help improve memory, concentration, and improve sleep.
